An air con unit will lose about 15% of its refrigerent every year. Low refrigerent will damage the compressor over time and could cause it to seize.


Air and moisture contaminate air con systems causing them to smell and the pipe work to freeze

Even small leaks cause loss of lubricating oil which will cause the compressor to work harder which increases fuel consumption and will cause it to seize over time.

We will empty the system of old refrigerent and check its weight.

We will then purge the system to take out any air and moisture.

We will check the system for leaks.

We will then re-charge the system with the specified amount of fluid (in weight).

The system will be started and checked for correct opperation.
